This is a mentorship-driven apprenticeship designed for someone early in their career or pivoting into product marketing who wants real, hands-on experience growing a professional media property.

You’ll work directly with the creator and host of the Product Marketing Adventures Podcast, a globally show featuring product marketing experts from companies like OpenAI, Visa, Reddit, Adobe, Okta, Splunk, and more.

This is not an assistant role. It is a structured learning experience focused on building practical skills, portfolio assets, and career momentum.

By the end of the program, you will have real experience in:

  • End-to-end podcast production workflow

  • Content repurposing strategy for social platforms

  • Go-to-market strategy for media properties

❋ What You’ll Work On

Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Executing the episode publishing checklist (e.g., thumbnails, uploads, formatting)

  • Social posting on dedicated LinkedIn pages and TikTok

  • Tracking performance analytics

  • Community engagement

  • Designing and running small growth experiments

  • Supporting content repurposing efforts

All tasks are designed to provide learning value and tangible experience.

You will leave the program with concrete artifacts you can showcase, such as:

  • Credit as Producer, Product Marketing Adventures Podcast

  • Case studies you contributed to

  • Growth experiments you helped design or run

  • Content and assets you created

This experience is intended to be resume-worthy and interview-ready.

Ideal Candidate

This program is best suited for someone who is:

Marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Location:

North America preferred to align with time zones, though exceptional candidates from other regions will be considered.
