About The Apprenticeship ProgramThis is a mentorship-driven apprenticeship designed for someone early in their career or pivoting into product marketing who wants real, hands-on experience growing a professional media property.
You’ll work directly with the creator and host of the Product Marketing Adventures Podcast, a globally show featuring product marketing experts from companies like OpenAI, Visa, Reddit, Adobe, Okta, Splunk, and more.
This is not an assistant role. It is a structured learning experience focused on building practical skills, portfolio assets, and career momentum.

End-to-end podcast production workflow
Content repurposing strategy for social platforms

Executing the episode publishing checklist (e.g., thumbnails, uploads, formatting)
Social posting on dedicated LinkedIn pages and TikTok
Tracking performance analytics
Community engagement
Designing and running small growth experiments
Supporting content repurposing efforts
All tasks are designed to provide learning value and tangible experience.

Ideal Candidate
This program is best suited for someone who is:

Comfortable working independently for a few hours per week
Marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
Location:
North America preferred to align with time zones, though exceptional candidates from other regions will be considered.
